SHIPPING & DELIVERY
In-stock orders are processed within 2-5 working days and shipped from Thailand. The estimated delivery is 3-5 days within Thailand, and 11-21 days internationally.
We offer free shipping within Thailand. For the rest of the world, the shipping rate is calculated by weight at check-out, starting at 10 euros. Local pick-up is possible. Please get in touch directly for pick-up inquiries.
All orders will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive an email, please check your filters or contact us for confirmation. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped, accompanied by a tracking number.
Please note that you are responsible for additional shipping rates, customs charges, and/or taxes.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
As all work is made by hand, it varies in nuance and no two pieces will be identical. Subtle imperfections are to expect, these include variation in materials and evidence of the making process.
You must have received a wrong or damaged item to be eligible for a return. However, if you are not happy with your piece in any way, please connect, and we can talk about it.
Agreed upon refunds or exchanges will be processed once the item is received in its original, unused condition, shipping fees excluded. We do not cover the cost of returning an item.
In case of damage during transition, please be in touch within 24 hours of receiving the parcel with attached evidence.
All workshops are non-refundable.
